    This continuous hot strip rolling mill is ideal for high quality strip production starting from thick slabs. 


    The hot strip mill takes the slabs from the reheat furnace and by reversing them through 3 roughing stands and then through 5 finishing stands which reduces them to a thickness range from 1,5 to 10,5 mm. 

    Material: carbon steel & stainless steel
    2 000 000 ton per year capacity = 166 666 ton per month capacity
    Input slab thickness range: 150 > 250 mm
    Input slab width range: 600 > 1560 mm
    Input slab length range: 4900 > 5500 mm
    Output plate thickness range: 1,5 > 10,5 mm
    Output plate width range: 600 > 1564 mm
    Total roughing mill power: 12000 hp
    Total finishing mill power: 23500 hp


    Previous owner: Usinor FR (now Arcelor)
    Equipment was dismantled by Usinor. Cleaning & reconditionning by Danieli.
    Currently stored in the port of Antwerp & packaged ready for transport
