    step 1: pallet is put on to the machine
    step 2: the ironbook flips the pallet 90° upright
    step 3: user selects a desired number of plates
    step 4: the pallet with remaining plates goes back down
    step 5: pallet is removed and empty pallet is put back on 
    step 6: the selected number of plates are put on the empty pallet
    The plates never move so scratches are avoided.
