    Consists of:

    1 - Powder coat booth equiped with 4 automatic pistols. The control cabinet allows each pistol to be regulated in terms of powder & voltage (0-100kV - negative tension). Voltage and excess current can be monitored on a display, the current can be lowered which is usefull in case a second coating is needed.

    2 - A gaspowered oven (indirect heating), dimensions: length 10 000 x width 3000 x height 3700 + 750 mm - entry dimensions: 500 x 2500 mm or 2500 x 2500 mm if entrygap is changed

    3 - 112 meter chain conveyor line type CT 300

    4 - recuperation system: dual cyclone - auto recovery system - filter and fan
