MCP/Tafa zinc plating machine

Metal spray technology based on low-melting alloys like zinc and tin but also copper alloys and steel. A method of filling shell cavities of injection molds, stamping dies and stamps for sheet processing.

The applied layer should be between 3 and 5 mm thick. The advantage of this process is that it comprises 23% of the cost to manufacture a mold by traditional machining, suitable for lower cost during the inital stage of product development.
