    The vertical bender is widely used for fast and accurate production of cylinders. These can be formed in floor to floor times of 20 minutes or less, depending on diameter.

    The ultimate solution for prebending thick platematerial for small diameters.

    A feature of the machine is the adjustable bending centres giving the most suitable conditions for bending all size and thickensses of plate within the capacity. The machine can be used for plate straightening, flanging and cone forming and there is a saving in capital cost and floor space compared with horizontal plate bending rolls.

    This press is equipped with two toolings:
    - with the first tool it's possible to make cylinders with a minimum diameter of 1500 mm at 200 mm thickness and 3750 mm height
    - with the second tool it's possible to make cylinders with a minimum diameter of 900 mm at 100 mm thickness and 3750 mm height

    - bending roll
    - plate flanging
    - press brake > cap: 3000 mm length x 120 mm thickness
    - plate straightening

    Вертикальный пресс используется для быстрого и точного изготовления цилиндров. Скорость продукции +-20 минут, в зависимости от диаметра.

    Идеальное решение подгибки толстых листом с небольшим диаметром.

    Особенностью этой машины является гибка любых размеров листа и его толщин.

    Машина может быть использована для правки листа, отбортовки и формирования конуса. Большая экономия затрат и места по сравнению с горизонтальными вальцами. 


    Данный пресс оснащен двумя типами инструмента:
    - 1 - для минимальных цилиндров диаметром 1500 мм при толщине 200 мм  и высотой 3750 мм.
    - 2 - для минимальных цилиндров диаметром 900 мм при толщине 100 мм  и высотой 3750 мм.
