- These automatic hydraulic bending machines with 4 rolls guarantee the total pre-bending.
The movement of the rolls is controlled by torsion bars, which ensure the right alignment during the manufacturing. The rolls move on linear guides, while the central roll is fixed. The rotation of the central rolls is achieved by means of a hydraulic motor and a epicyclic reduction gear, while the side rolls are idler.
Every roll is induction-hardened, polished, and mounted on roller bearings. In order to extract the final piece, the top roll can be released form the control panel. Every machine in the QAI series is controlled by a 4 axes CNC.
