Exists out of the following equipment:
1. Octagonal barrel PCX 1000 (1000 liters capacity) , automatic speed control and tilting-rinsing and passivating through a special quick (continuous) fixebel door, combined with a compound through flow metering system.
2. Loading device hydraulic system (Hopper) — 1000 kg charge complete with safety stops.
3. Vibrating dosing unit to collect platines and steelballs and feed them to the conveyor system, further combined with a drain tank.
4. Special conveyor system to transport the steelballs and platines to a continuous drum separator with automatic return of the steelballs to the hopper unit.
5. Drying Spiratron ST 250 T with heavy duty vibrator motor, special screen and heating element.
